Steve is the Founder and CEO of Humantel – an insights platform which combines a suite of multimedia insight channels with a built in ideation platform for teams. He has spent his entire career in pursuit of what motivates people, how to better understand them and now, he wants to help brands do the same.
Before Humantel, Steve has spent over two decades in market research focused on consumer motivations working for industry leaders such as Showtime, Universal Music Group and Latitude Research. In 2008 he then launched his own company, THREE Group, creating custom market research, growing to a team of 40 people all while setting new standards across the industry.
Steve spent the last year building Humantel with industry guidance to help brand professionals understand people better, make people-first decisions, and create a shared understanding that there is far more that unites us than divides us.
